Oyo Government Trains 350 Civil, Public Servants
Oyo state government has reinstated the commitments of the present administration to the training and retraining of its workforce for an enhanced service delivery.
This was stated unbehalf of governor Seyi makinde by the secretary to the state government, Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun, at the training workshop organized by the ministry of establishments and training for 350 civil and public servants.
Makinde noted that the ministry of establishments and training organized the training as part of its mandate to improve efficiency and competencies among the state work force.
He also stated that by the time the training workshop ends, the capacity of every participants would have been greatly improved to contribute maximally to the development of the state public service and the state at large.
Makinde said that the onus lies on the public servants to prove their mettle inorder to assist the government achieve it’s laudable welfare objective through applications they would learn.
In his remark the commissioner for Establishments and training, Professor Kehinde Sangodoyin, implored the participants to be loyal to the present administration and to be committed to their work and sustain the ethics of the state civil and public service.
