Former Executive Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan, Gbolagade Busari has died in the early hours of Monday.
According to GOALPOACHER NEWS.COM, the news of his death was announced on the official Facebook page of the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Diran Odeyemi.
He was formerly a sports correspondent with Sketch press, before sojourning in USA.
He returned to Nigeria and was appointed the special adviser to former Oyo State Governor, late Abiola Ajimobi during his first term in office. In 2017, Ajimobi appointed Busari as the Chairman of 3SC football club.
Busari was a football lover and passionate supporter of Shooting Stars.
He will be buried this morning.
