A 24 -year-old daughter of His Imperial Majesty and a foremost traditional ruler in the South West, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo, Princess Adedoja Adeyemi, has emerged Miss Oyo for year 2020.
Princess Adedoja defeated other contestants who from the 14 federal constituencies in the state.
The annual event which is being packaged and anchored by Silverstone Communication, an outfit owned by a popular broadcast journalist, Mayor Isaac Brown.
The event which was held at Felicia Hall of Jogor Center, Liberty road, Ibadan, saw the 24-year old graduate of the Osun State University, UNIOSUN, going home with a Toyota Camry car donated by proprietor of Ilaji Hotels and Resort, Akanran, Chief Dotun Sanusi and other prizes.
The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in 2019 elections in Oyo State, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu gave the three runners up scholarship and cash prizes of N250,000, N150,000 and N100,000 respectively
