As Muslims celebrate Eid-el Fitr, Director General, Oyo State Investment, Public and Private Partnership (OYSIPA), Hon Segun Ebenezer Ogunwuyi has enjoined Nigerians, especially Muslim faithful across Oyo state to take advantage of the spiritual rebirth offered by Ramadan to promote love, peace, unity, progress, support and prayers for the pacesetter state.
Hon Ogunwuyi in his Sallah message felicitated Muslim faithful for the successful completion of Ramadan and emphasized the compelling need for both residents and indigenes of Oyo State to continue to live in peace and harmony as well as offer special prayers for the Engr Seyi Makinde led administration.
Otunba Mayeloye of Onpetu Ijeru kingdom stressed that it is only when we live to cherish one another that we can make rapid progress and strengthen the bond that brought us together as a prosperous nation and united state , in keeping with the dreams and aspirations of our a better Oyo State visioned by His Excellency Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde”.
He therefore, wished Muslim faithful a pleasant and peaceful celebration urging them to keep the statewide local government election in mind and exercise their civic right in support of the candidates of the People’s Democratic Party across the 33 local government areas in Oyo State.
