Your Excellency,prior to your intervention,the over thirty year old sports complex had become a shadow of its old self as the facilities put in place at the inception had not only become obsolete but completely dilapidated.
Your intervention which has brought the complex at par with international ones any where in the world has indeed marked you out as an IMPACTFUL Leader who believes that whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe,it can achieve.
