The Most Consistent Politician Award being conferred on Ambassador Taofiq Arapaja, Deputy National Chairman (South) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State council has been described as an honoured well- deserved.
Bamitale Ibrahim who is the Personal Assistant and Head of Department in the office of the Deputy National Chairman stated this in a congratulatory message he made available to newsmen to congratulate his boss.
The statement partly reads : “my dear principal and father, I wholeheartedly rejoice and felicitate you on the conferment of the Most Consistent Politician Award on you by the members of the pen profession, NUJ Oyo State council today.
“This award has further testified to the fact that you are a seasoned politician who has been consistently serving the people diligently in every office you have occupied and use those positions to make positive impacts in the lives of many individuals directly or indirectly.
“Many people including myself have benefited a lot from your milk of kindness and this award has provided the opportunity for me to express my profound gratitude to you for your gesture.
