JUST IN: Oluyole PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Akeem Olatunji Unveils Campaign Council DG
A staunch loyalist of Governor Seyi Makinde and chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Oluyole Local Government, Hon Akeem Olatunji has unveiled a PDP chieftain, Architect Salaam Azeez as the Director-General of his campaign ahead of the 2024 local government elections in Oyo State.
Akeem made the unveiling on Saturday when Sanyo/Temidire/Agbamu community leaders set aside their political differences and unanimously endorsed him ahead of candidates other political parties. His words:
“I am totally humbled this morning when the entire Sanyo/Temidire/Agbamu Community put aside their political differences to endorse and adopt my candidacy along with my Vice, Hon Niyi Akorede and Ward 7 Councilorship candidate, Hon Ademola Deputy Gbaski Dauda, as the consensus candidates of the entire community with 8 polling booths in her kitty.
“The Baale of Sanyo Agbamu, Baale Mustapha, and the General Chairman of the Community, Alhaji Olaide, hinged the decision of the residents of the community on the solid and unquestionable integrity of Mr Talk and do Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, and the general acceptability of PDP Candidate for Oluyole LG chairmanship seat, Engr Akeem Olatunji, who has contributed immensely to the progress and advancement of the community.
The event afforded me the opportunity to unveil the Director-General of my Campaign Council, Alhaji Architect Salaam Azeez, with party Leaders, all Wards party Chairmen and all Wards Councilorship candidates, Oluyole LG Secretary, Hon Azeez Babalola, Oluyole LG Ass Secretary, Hon Bolarinwa Olubodun, Hon Mustapha Kazeem Oba, Alhaji Abdulahi Jagaban, Pepper de Might and my wife, Olatunji Balikis, on the entourage.
