The Director-General, Liaison Office, Abuja and Lagos, Hon Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji popularly known as OTOPE has congratulated Muslim ummah as the holy month of Ramadan started this Monday.
In the statement personally signed by the Governor’s aide, OTOPE expressed his gratitude to Almighty Allah and rejoiced with all Muslim Ummah in the state most especially, people from his constituency, Egbeda/Ona-Ara on the dawn of the month.
‘Let make the best use of this special month to earn multiple rewards by extending good wishes to all.
“Give more alms to the poor, increase support for one another in good deeds, and observe all the ethics of fasting, including more recitation of the Qur’an which was revealed in the same month,” OTOPE stated.
He appealed to the muslim faithful to pray for the success of Oyo State Governor, his administration and the human community for guidance, peace, ease, abundant and sound health.
OTOPE equally prayed that Allah shall grant all our requests and forgive all our shortcomings in this holy month.
