Ahead of the forthcoming local government elections in Oyo State, Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Housing and Urban Development, Hon Olakunle Akinsete has called on his support group to vote for the chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ibadan Southwest, Hon Kehinde Akande.
Hon Shete made the call on Thursday while addressing his support group in Ibadan Southwest local government.
According to him, Hon Kehinde Akande has done well in his first term as the Executive Chairman of Ibadan Southwest local government.
Shete added that the chairman has brought development to the local government by implementing accelerated development of His Excellency Governor Seyi at the grassroot.
He added that one good turn deserves another hence the need to return the chairman for a second term in office.
He urged members of his group and other residents of the local government to go all out and cast their votes for Hon Akande at the polls in April.
