As Akinyele PDP campaign train continues to move from Ward to Ward in a familiarization and awareness manner, The Akinyele local government council of Obas and Baales yesterday, 23rd of April 2024, endorsed and adopted The PDP chairmanship candidate, Hon Wole Akinleye, his vice and all councilorship candidates of the PDP As thier consensus candidate.
The Obas and Chiefs said the good works of His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde in the state and his love and affection shown towards traditional institutions in the state made it easy for them to go in the direction of outright endorsement of all PDP candidates in AKINYELE LG. The Antecedents of Hon Wole Akinleye and the PDP candidates also speak volumes.
The council of Obas and baales in the local government affirmed their trust in the PDP candidates to deliver good governance and return our dear local government to the apex where it belongs.
They urged the good people of Akinyele local government to come out enmasse and vote for the PDP on Saturday 27th of April 2024.
Present at the event were the Oniroko of Iroko Land, the Onikereku of Ikereku, Onijaye of Ijaye and the Alakinyele of Akinyele, also Baale of Ojoo, Akobo, Abiola and Arulogun were present among many others.
In same vein, Another political party, The Accord Party in Akinyele local government ably supported by Hon. Kashupo Philips, Hon. Wasiu Akinlabi (Pawpaw) and Hon. Lawrence, threw their weight behind the PDP chairmanship and councilorship candidates.
The party believes that The PDP candidates in Akinyele local government have a greater edge to win the elections and also have great ability to steer our dear local government to its desired destination.
They also promised to work hand in hand with the PDP to win the election on Saturday,27th of April 2024.
The Akinyele PDP Leaders appreciated the council of Obas and baales and the Accord party for doing what is right in a crucial period like this.
They promised that PDP will never disappoint them as they are very sure that the party candidates have the capability to deliver good governance to the good people of Akinyele local government.
