LG Polls: Oyo PDP Chieftain, Otun Olusina Ogunsola Hosts Councilorship Candidates in Oluyole, Donates Cash For Logistics
With just a few hours to the local government elections across the 33 local government areas of Oyo State, a chieftain of the party, Hon Otunba Olusina John Ogunsola on Friday hosted the councilorship candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP at his residence in Oluyole local government.
It will be recalled that the party chieftain and a Philanthropist had earlier bought expression of interest forms for the councilorship candidates.
While hosting them at his residence, the business mogul donated cash for logistics as voting will commence by 8am on tomorrow morning.
Some of the councilors who couldn’t attend the meeting due to political exigency in their wards however notified him of their absence.
He called on the electorates to ensure they vote enmass for all PDP candidates in tomorrow’s elections.
He urged the voters not to be intimidated by the opposition stating that the electoral umpire, OYSIEC has put in place adequate security measures to arrest anyone who wishes to create crisis while the elections are ongoing.
