In the landscape of individuals who have demonstrated grit, understanding, and a proactive approach in enhancing their appointed roles within Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration, one name stands out – HonElias Adeojo, Executive Chairman, Oyo State Water Corporation.

Serving as the Chairman of Oyo State Water Corporation, Adeojo’s unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people and his decisive actions in revitalizing water infrastructure have distinguished him as a beacon of progress in the administration’s pursuit of excellence.

In recent developments, Ogbomoso stands poised to enjoy the fruits of Adeojo’s labor, as the State Government, under the visionary leadership of Governor Engr Seyi Makinde, reaffirms its dedication to providing potable water.

Governor Makinde’s administration has consistently prioritized the welfare of the people, recognizing access to clean water as a fundamental human right.

Adeojo’s appointment as Chairman of the Water Corporation is a testament to Governor Makinde’s commitment to placing capable individuals in positions of leadership to drive the state’s development agenda forward.

During his inspection visit to ongoing rehabilitation work in the Randa area and Waterworks of Ogbomoso, Adeojo reiterated the government’s promise to fulfill its obligations to the people. Burst pipes within the metropolis are being replaced gradually, signaling a step closer to the realization of Adeojo’s vision for accessible and clean water for all.

Adeojo’s proactive approach extends beyond local efforts, as evidenced by the recent collaboration with Source2Source Inc., a Canadian-based International Water Engineering Company. Recognizing the capital-intensive nature of water provision projects, Adeojo welcomed the President of Source2Source, Mr. Coby Albers, to explore avenues for collaboration.

This partnership not only seeks to address the immediate challenges faced by the Water Corporation but also paves the way for innovative solutions capable of serving millions of residents and bolstering the state’s economic landscape.

In the words of Elias Adeojo, “Water is life, and when there is provision of water, every other thing would fall into place.”

With his steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment to progress, Adeojo continues to chart a course towards a brighter, more sustainable future for Oyo State and its residents under the visionary leadership of Governor Engr Seyi Makinde.
