The Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has felicitated the widow of the late strongman of Ibadan politics, High Chief Lamidi Adedibu, Alhaja Modinat Adedibu, the PDP Southwest Women Leader, on her birthday anniversary today.
Amb. Taofeek Arapaja, described the celebrant as “a woman of great substance and virtue” who has continued to uphold the legacy of her late husband to the admiration of all.
In a statement personally issued and made available to journalists through his Personal Assistant, Bamitale Ibrahim, Arapaja said: “I rejoice with our political icon, Amazon mother and south-west women leader of our great party on the occasion of her birthday anniversary today.
It is my fervent prayers that Almighty Allah will continue to endow you with more wisdom to carry out the duties and responsibilities of your high office and the legacy of our departed leader and father.
“To we who know you closely, you are a kindhearted, pious and God-fearing woman. You places a high premium on education, hardworking, service to humanity, and an advocacy of good governance.
