The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has extolled the sterling leadership qualities of Southwest PDP Women Leader, Alhaja Bosede Adedibu on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
