Makinde Declares Support For PDP National Acting Chairman, Damagun

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has declared his unalloyed support acting national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ambassador Umar Iliya Damagun.
Damagun was accompanied to the ground breaking ceremony by other members of the National Working Committee which included Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, Southwest zonal chairman, Southeast zonal chairman among others.
Recall that the National Working Committee of the party rectified the ward congress held in Rivers State to favour Nyesom Wike.
Makinde while speaking at the ground breaking ceremony for upgrade of Ibadan Airport to international standard declared his one hundred support for gubernatorial candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State, Asue, Ighodalo.
“On the issue of PDP leadership, I am totally in support of Ambassador Damagun as PDP Chairman because this is not the time to encourage crisis”
