Oyo PMS Chairman, Tommy, Other Exco Members Meet to Reinforce Integrity, Accountability
Chairman of the Oyo State Park Management System, Ambassador Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa, has convened a significant meeting with all state executives to address critical operational issues and reinforce organizational integrity.
The gathering aimed to tackle pressing concerns regarding management practices and the need for enhanced accountability within the system.
During the meeting on Thursday, Tommy urged the executives to return to their respective branches to complete essential tasks and improve local management efforts.
He stressed the importance of active participation at all levels to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
In a firm stance against unethical behavior, he announced a zero tolerance for fraud, revealing that instances of misconduct among members had been reported.
He stated, “We must uphold the integrity of our organization. Any member found engaging in fraudulent activities will face immediate consequences. Our commitment to honesty is non-negotiable.”
Furthermore, the chairman reminded all executives of their responsibility to adhere strictly to the laws governing park management.
Tommy emphasised that compliance is essential for maintaining a transparent and accountable system, which ultimately benefits both the organization and the community it serves.
“Adherence to our governing laws is not just a requirement; it is a fundamental principle that ensures our credibility and effectiveness as a management body,” Tommy added.
