The Executive Chairman of Ibadan Southeast local government, Hon Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode has expressed his condolences on the death of the wife of Chief Bayo Lawal, Mrs Beatrice Lawal who died on Monday.
Alawode said the news of Mrs Lawal’s death was shocking and sudden.
The council boss described Mrs Lawal as hardworking, a true and quintessential mother, an enterprising woman, a loving wife and caring person to all and sundry.
Alawode stated that the deceased was a staunch supporter of her husband, very warm to her husband’s political guests and very accommodating.
He prayed that Almighty God will grant her soul eternal rest.
