Oyo State Government has promised to continue to prioritize security of water Corporation’s Installations and Equipment across the State in order to safeguard the services of the Corporation.
The Executive Chairman of the Corporation,Hon. Elias Adeojo made this assertion in his office during his decoration by the Chairman of the Nigerian Legion,Oyo State Chapter,(Retd) Col. Julius Ogunkojo in commemoration of 2025 Armed Forces Remembrance celebration.
Hon. Adeojo reiterated that the singular act of securing the Corporation’s equipment would ensure improvement in service delivery of the Corporation to the consumers of the Corporation.
He added that security of the installation and equipment is paramount in as much as they are cost effective to the service of the Corporation.
In his address,(Retd’) Col. Ogunkojo appreciated the Executive Chairman of the Corporation for believing in the service of the Nigerian Legion and called for more collaboration between the Corporation and the security outfit.
He therefore promised to ensure adequate security of government property entrusted to the care of the Nigerian Legion across the State.
