When Governor Seyi Makinde appointed Hon. Elias Adeojo to lead the Oyo State Water Corporation, it was a strategic move aimed at breathing new life into the state’s water supply system.

His efforts in securing a €100,000 grant from WaterAid International demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to development.
This funding is expected to enhance water sanitation, hygiene, and pipeline expansion to underserved communities, further solidifying Governor Makinde’s promise of improved public utilities.
Additionally, his engagement with the World Bank for strategic investments in Oyo State’s water sector is another testament to his dedication. By advocating for increased global support, Hon.
