The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon Toyin Balogun has congratulated Toyin Agbaminoja on her elevation to the position of Commissioner of Police.

Mrs Balogun’s congratulatory message was contained in a press statement made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Wednesday.

“Hearty congratulations to my dear sister and friend CP Toyin Agbaminoja a newly minted Commissioner of Police; one of the crop of Deputy Commissioners of Police who have just been promoted.

“This is a woman who has paid her dues in terms of professionalism in the discharge of her duties, intelligence,,loyalty,
sacrifices and commitment to the service of her Fatherland.

“On behalf of the female demographic,I also use this opportunity to recognize and laud the leadership of the Nigerian Police Force,an equal opportunity employer
and one of the institutional employers of labour in our nation with an intentional policy of women inclusion and the highest number of women in strategic leadership positions.

“The Nigerian Police appears to be one of the institutions which recognize the fact that women with capacity to add value have a critical role to play in governance and nation building and for this they deserve to be applauded.

“And to my sis,one of the latest CPs in town, you have earned your laurels, may the Almighty Grant you the grace to make us even prouder of you through the auspices of this new platform.
