But perhaps her most quietly revolutionary impact lies in her work with women and communities in Oyo State, Nigeria, where she spent formative years. With a passion for uplifting underserved populations, she founded “Pace Microfinance” and its sister platform “Pace Ibadan”, which together have empowered over 20,000 women with access to credit, training, and economic independence.
