The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. seun Olufade, has extended warm birthday felicitations to his counterpart in Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo Glorious, describing him as a visionary grassroots leader and a shining example of purposeful governance in Oyo State.
