To mark his second year in office, member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, will be commissioning ten state-of-the-art projects in Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency.

Recall that last week, the lawmaker listed out a series of events to mark his second year in office; under the revised list of activities, Town Hall Meeting will now be held simultaneously with Projects Commissioning instead of a Novelty Football Match on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Other activities, like Widows’ Empowerment, Distribution of Academic Instructional Materials to Senior Secondary School Students and the One-Day House of Reps Member Competition Grand Finale/Presentation of Account of Stewardship, remain as scheduled.

Among the list of projects to be commissioned across all the towns that make up Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency on June 24, 2025, are:

    i. A block of six classrooms at Ayete Grammar School, Ayete
ii. Two blocks of four classrooms in different locations in Idere
iii. A block of three classrooms in Igangan
iv. A block of three classrooms in Tapa Community
    v. A block of three classrooms in Igboora
vi. A well-furnished computer lab in Igboora
vii. Renovated Magistrate Court in Igboora
viii. Newly constructed Sagaun-Onimangoro road, Igboora
ix. Solar-powered motorised boreholes in Igboora, Idere, Ayete, Tapa, and Igangan
    x. Solar streetlights in Igangan

Hon. Adepoju appreciated the good people of Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North for their support in the last two years, saying he would continue to represent them passionately. He said the soon-to-be-commissioned projects would address many issues, including infrastructural deficits in the constituency’s academic environment, difficulty in the dispensation of justice, lack of access to good roads and water.

The Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character also expressed his gratitude to His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his guidance and contribution to the success of his representation thus far as a member of parliament.

The federal lawmaker stressed that the future looks promising for Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North, with a series of proposed projects he had also listed out for implementation going forward.
