    Ibadan South East LG Holds Send Forth Ceremony for Two Directors

    Ibadan South East Local Government recently held a special send-forth ceremony in honour of two Directors of the council who were recently promoted to the post of Acting Head of Local Government Administration.

    The celebrants, Sanitarian Toyosi Olukemi Fasasi and Alhaja Tawakalitu Olufunke Adedotun were both recognised as exceptional staff for their outstanding services and contributions to the progress of the council.

    In his welcome speech, the Executive Chairman of the council, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode commended the celebrants for their years of dedicated services, describing their contributions as pivotal to the council’s progress and development.

    Hon. Alawode affirmed that the two Directors have been valued members of the Management team, serving with distinction in various capacities.

    He concluded by wishing the celebrants well and urging all staff to uphold the values of dedication and integrity.
    In their separate responses, the celebrants expressed their gratitude to Hon. Alawode for making Ibadan South East Local Government conducive for them to work and acknowledged the support received from their colleagues throughout the time they spent.

    They also shared fond memories of their stay which had been added to the history of their lives. They later offered words of encouragement to their colleagues.
    The Send-forth program included presentation of gifts and remarks from Political Functionaries, Colleagues and family members of the celebrants.

    Also present at the occasion were Secretary to the council, Hon. Kazeem Kareem, Leader of the Legislative house, Hon. Ayodeji Oladepo, other members of the house, Supervisors, Special Assistants, PDP Chairman for Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Sulaimon Adesina World best, Chief of Staff, Prince Olusegun Oludaye, Director of Administration and General Services, Mr Kayode Bamgbade and other Management staff, families and friends of the celebrants.
