Oyo PDP Guber Aspirant, Ajadi to Empower Over 10,000 Students With JAMB Scholarship
As part of his efforts to support educational development in Oyo State, a leading People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), governorship aspirant, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo has initiated move to assist indigents students through the provision of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) Scholarship.
Ajadi said over 10,000 indigent students will benefit from free JAMB forms and free coaching for JAMB Classes across the 33 local government areas of the state this year.

Seeing education as the foundation for the future for a sustainable society, the PDP gubernatorial hopeful noted that at least 300 students will benefited from the gesture in each local government of the state, noting that the programme is open to all indigenes and residents of the state with the aim of giving support to quality education in Oyo state.
The PDP governorship hopeful noted that all applicants must have NIN and G.C.E Ordinary Level Certificates to qualify for the gesture, which the forms and screening will take place in all the 33 Local Government Secretariat of the PDP in the state between Monday 19th January to February 28, 2026, adding that the selection will be first come, first serve without bias.

Ajadi who is a renown philanthropist explained that education is the bedrock of development and growth of any nation, hence, the need for him to contribute his quota to the development of the education by helping the indigent students to further their studies.
He maintained that he will do all within his power to support educational development in Oyo State, which he has been doing the similar programmes for the students in Ogun State in the past years.
He posited that he is always eager to assist the vulnerable through empowerment including educational support.
According to him, “I want to build a solid foundation for the youths by making education attractive through financial grants, tech support and provision of educational resources.
“I have seen that education is unarguably the foundation for the future, that’s why I offered to provide JAMB forms to not less than 10,000 students in the state and this gesture has been met with positive remarks from their parents/wards who have relieved of the burden in this present economic hardship”.
