The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode, has heartily congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the remarkable occasion of his seven years in office as Governor of Oyo State.
Hon. Alawode described Governor Makinde’s administration as one marked by visionary leadership, people-oriented policies, infrastructural transformation, economic growth, and unwavering commitment to good governance across the state.
According to the Chairman, the Governor’s achievements in the areas of education, healthcare, road construction, security, workers’ welfare, agriculture, and local government administration have continued to place Oyo State on the path of sustainable development and prosperity.
The council boss particularly commended Governor Makinde for his inclusive style of leadership, political maturity, and dedication to the welfare of the people, noting that the Governor has remained focused despite numerous challenges.
“Your Excellency, your seven years in office have brought visible progress, renewed hope, and unprecedented development to the people of Oyo State. Your passion for excellence and genuine love for the masses have continued to distinguish your administration,” Hon. Alawode stated.
On behalf of the Traditional Council, Religious Leaders, Political Functionaries, Management Staff, and the good people of Ibadan South East Local Government, the Chairman prayed for greater wisdom, strength, sound health, and more accomplishments for Governor Seyi Makinde as he continues to steer the affairs of Oyo State toward greater heights.
