The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency, Hon. Kolawole Sheu Adedeji, popularly known as KSA, has intensified his grassroots engagement across Apete, visiting communities and supporting them with solar-powered street lights as part of his community development initiatives.

KSA and his team visited Olorunsogo, Jeje and Idi-Oro communities, where he interacted with residents, community leaders and other stakeholders, listened to their concerns and discussed his vision for effective representation ahead of the 2027 general elections.

During the engagements, residents presented their needs and identified areas requiring attention to improve the wellbeing and development of their communities. In response, KSA provided solar-powered street lights to the three communities to improve illumination, enhance safety and contribute to better living conditions.

The intervention was received with excitement and appreciation by residents and community leaders, who commended KSA for maintaining direct contact with the grassroots and responding to issues raised by the people.

At Idi-Oro and Ola-Adura communities, residents also turned out in large numbers to welcome KSA and his team. Community representatives presented their requests, which KSA graciously accepted and pledged to support.

Beyond the provision of solar-powered street lights, the APM candidate also made financial donations towards community development, with the specific interventions varying across the communities visited.

The residents expressed appreciation for the gestures, describing them as evidence of KSA’s willingness to listen, engage and contribute meaningfully to grassroots development.

Community stakeholders also expressed support for his ambition to represent Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, stressing the importance of having a representative who remains accessible and maintains a direct relationship with constituents.

Speaking during the engagements, KSA reiterated his commitment to grassroots development, stressing that effective representation must begin with listening to the people, understanding their challenges and working towards practical solutions.

He assured residents that his engagement with communities would remain continuous, irrespective of political considerations, adding that his aspiration is centred on promoting development, inclusion and responsive representation across Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency.

The visits form part of KSA’s ongoing consultations and grassroots mobilisation across the constituency as political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections continue to gather momentum.

The latest engagement further underscores his campaign’s emphasis on community development, direct engagement and people-centred representation.
