Oyo state government has announced disengagement of the contractor handling Idi-Ape-Akobo Ojurin road project.
While addressing the press earlier today, Professor Raphael Afonja, the Honourable Commissioner for Public Works and Transport disclosed the reason for disengaging the contractor on ‘Idi-ape – Akobo Oju’rin’ road project as non-performance over the project…. https://t.co/PVqqNeHL5m
Afonja further disclosed that the project would be re-awarded to another contractor soon.
He therefore appealed to road users to exercise patience with the State government as Governor Seyi Makinde led government is not going to relent in her onerous task of making the lives of Oyo State dwellers more comfortable.
