The Area Commander of Man O War Nigeria, Akinyele Area Command, CSM Lasisi Akinkunmi has condemned the gruesome killing of one Mrs Funmilayo at the Ori Oke Olorunkole axis of Akinyele yesterday.
This was contained in a statement released by the Area PRO ASM Johnny this morning. In his statement, he described the killing barbaric and should not be tolerated within a civilized society.
He hereby called on the Police and all other security agencies to please intensify efforts so as to arrest the perpetrators and nip this societal ill in the bud.
In the same vein,the Man O War Area Commander, Akinkunmi condemned the violent protest by the youths in Akinyele axis, as well as the attack on Police officers. These attitudes do not help the investigation process of the Police and it is not the best approach in situation as this.
He hereby advised the general public to remain calm and always pass any relevant information that would help police investigation to the Nigerian Police Force.
