The chairman Akinyele local government Hon. Taoreed Adedigba Jimoh have provided another motorized borehole for the use of the people of Aarinle, Ward 5 of his local government.
The chairman who has proffered lasting solutions to the lack of potable water in different areas of his local government extended it to the people of this area which will serve about 100 houses in the area.
The people of the community expressed their gratitude to the chairman for providing them with the borehole as it is timely especially with the dry season fast approaching, they also prayed for his successful tenure in office.
The chairman, Hon. Taoreed in his own speech gave thanks to Almighty God for successful drilling of the borehole, while He also commended Oyo State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde for giving him the opportunity to serve his people and he promised the people of his local government that more developmental projects are imminent.
Some of the areas where boreholes have been drilled in the local government were Olomitutu, Olorisaoko, Sawmill, Kannike and Aarinle which consist of motorized and hand pump boreholes while some others are under processing.
