The Allied People’s Movement (APM) candidate for Irepo/Oorelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency, Hon. Abiodun Oni, popularly known as Ọkùnrin Jeje, has donated ₦1 million towards the construction of the proposed hall for the Otito Inu Muslim Cooperative Society, Irepo Local Government Chapter.



The donation, which is part of his support for the society and his ongoing political campaign engagements within the constituency, was announced by Hon. Ọ̀gẹ̀dẹ̀ Ayinde, Special Adviser for Political Affairs to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, during the society’s six-month anniversary ceremony held on Saturday, 12th September 2026.


While speaking at the event, Hon. Ọ̀gẹ̀dẹ̀ Ayinde called on members of the society and other residents to support Ọkùnrin Jeje’s political ambition as the APM candidate for the Federal Constituency.




Reacting to the gesture, the Chairman of the Otito Inu Muslim Cooperative Society, Irepo Local Government Chapter, Mr Bunyamin Kazeem Ayinde (Latest), appreciated Hon. Abiodun Oni for the generous donation and prayed for God’s continued blessings, success, and progress in his political and personal endeavours.


The anniversary ceremony was attended by Alhaji Zicco, Borokini Adinni of Yorubaland, alongside members and representatives of different Otito Inu chapters from various states. Also present were Hon. Sharafadeen Ayinde Sasay, the APM candidate for Irepo/Olorunsogo State House of Assembly; Hon. Salaudeen Lateef Aremu, CEO of SLA Roofs Nigeria Limited; and Hon. Tunde Taoheed Olayiwola, Chairman of Irepo Local Government, alongside his entourage.
The event was also attended by Chief of Staff to the Irepo Local Government Chairman; Islamic clerics, members of the cooperative society, and other distinguished guests.
The ceremony provided an avenue for members of the society and invited guests to celebrate the progress of the Otito Inu Muslim Cooperative Society while highlighting the society’s plan to construct a befitting hall for its activities.
