The Beulah Adeoye Foundation, under the leadership of Amofin Beulah Adeoye, is set to launch the BEULAH ADEOYE FOOD BANK PROJECT tomorrow, July 31st, 2024.

This initiative will commence in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital, before expanding it to all Local Government Areas in the state, with a primary focus on assisting students and market vendors.

According to a statement from Comrade Ridwan Fasasi, Chief of Staff to the President of the Foundation, Amofin Beulah Adeoye stated, “Together with the Project Head, Nafisat Adebusola Ogunsesan and Project Coordinator, Mr. Popoola Hassan, we have spent months meticulously planning this initiative. We have analyzed the needs and identified strategies to effectively reach the relevant areas. We are now prepared to launch this project. The level of hunger in the land is unprecedented, and it is clear that the people do not deserve such hardship. This is our way of contributing to alleviating the suffering in Oyo State.”

“We have more than 1,000 packs of food, including rice, semovita, gari, and salt, ready for distribution tomorrow. Following this, we will distribute over 15,000 additional packs across the 33 Local Government Areas in Oyo State,” he added. The goal of the initiative is to feed over 5 million citizens of Oyo State.

It is noteworthy that barely two weeks ago, Amofin Beulah Adeoye trained over 100 youths in vocational skills and provided them with startup funding.

The Food Bank Initiative further underscores his deep connection, genuine love, and unwavering commitment to the people of Oyo State.

The Project head, Nafisat Ogunsesan expressed that, “The BEULAH ADEOYE FOOD BANK PROJECT is more than just a relief effort; it is a testament to the Foundation’s ongoing dedication to the well-being and prosperity of Oyo State’s residents. By focusing on students and market vendors, the project addresses critical segments of the population that often bear the brunt of economic hardships”

“This strategic targeting ensures that the support reaches those who need it the most, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility” she said.
