As part of the efforts to improve access to medical care and welfare of the people, Beulah Adeoye Foundation on Wednesday partnered with the Nigerian Association of Patent and Proprietary Medicine Dealers (NAPPMED), for medical outreach in Ibadan.
The medical outreach, which took place at Oje, Ibadan, provided free tests and medication to over 200 people. Services included blood tests, malaria tests, diabetes screening, and blood pressure checks, along with the distribution of mosquito net and other items.
The initiative according to Beulah Adeoye Foundation is aimed to promote healthcare access in underserved communities, emphasizing the importance of early detection and prevention of diseases.
By partnering with local healthcare providers, the foundation continues to fulfill its mission of improving the well-being of vulnerable populations.
According to a statement made available to journalists by the Chief of Staff of Amofin Beulah Adeoye, the President of the foundation, Ridwan Fasasi, said the visionary founder deeply committed to ensuring the safety and health of Oyo State residents, particularly the elderly.
“This medical outreach is a reflection of our dedication to safe living and sound health for our people, and we will continue to focus on initiatives that uplift our communities,” he said.
The medical outreach project was organized and monitored by the foundation’s undersecretary for Environment, Miss Oyindamola Rahmon and the Director of the Volunteer Groups, Mr. Harun Tiamiyu.
