Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has signed the Oyo State Electricity Regulatory Bill Into law.
The Governor while signing the bill into law on Friday at Governor’s Office said Oyo residents can now hold the state government responsible for power generation, distribution and transmission.
Makinde said this action has further demonstrated how a true federating unit should work.
The event was attended by top government functionaries.
