As part of efforts by Governor Seyi to deepen cordial working relationship and sustain the harmony and sustainable peace that is prevalent among the current state executives of the Oyo State Park Management System PMS, Otunba Seye Famojuro has yet again presented six Toyota Camry (Muscle) and one Nissan Car to members of the PMS and tricycle State Chairman.

While presenting the cars to the excited PMS officias, Otunba Seye appreciated the PMS leadership led by Alhaji Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa for the peaceful atmosphere with which they operate.

The Balogun Bobajiro of Orile Igbon stated that the intent behind the car donations was not only to encourage the stakeholders in the transportation sector, but to ensure that capital flight is averted stressing that the era in which Oyo’s resources are taking to other states had come and gone in Oyo State.

He advised the stakeholders to continue to work together in peace and harmony.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries of the car gifts, the State Chairman of Park Management System PMS, Ambassador Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa expressed his profound gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde and his ally, Otunba Seye Famojuro for setting the pace in the repositioning of the government establishment in Oyo State.

Tommy who couldn’t hide his joy declared the gesture from Otunba Seye remains unprecedented in the history of Oyo State declaring unequivocally that no government has extended such gesture and importance to driver unions before it metamorphosed into an expanded PMS.

According to him, the State Government has already set a standard for the PMS leadership and promised not to derail from the vision of the present administration in the sustainability of peace across the 33 local government areas.

Tommy said the ongoing clearing of illegal shanties that usually obstruct free traffic flow in Ibadan will be extended to other zones immediately sanity is sustained in Ibadan.

He prayed for the success of Governor Seyi Makinde and Otunba Seye Famojuro.

Recall that two among the seven beneficiaries, (Oloowoposi and Were) had in the past attacked Otunba Seye Famojuro with dangerous weapons during electioneering seasons still brought the duo into the expanded PMS Excos and today they were among the beneficiaries of Otunba’s goodwill.

This shows that Governor Seyi Makinde and Otunba Seye Famojuro do not play politics of bitterness.
