Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE), Director-General of the Liaison Office for Abuja and Lagos, has congratulated Muslims worldwide, especially in Oyo State and Egbeda-Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, on the occasion of Eid-el-Mawlid.
In a statement, Dr. OTOPE praised the Muslim community’s resilience and commitment to peaceful coexistence, emphasizing unity and interfaith harmony. He urged Muslims to emulate the Holy Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) virtues of compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness.
“As we celebrate Eid-el-Mawlid, I implore Muslims to intensify prayers for Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration, seeking divine guidance and wisdom in leading Oyo State to greater heights,” Dr. OTOPE said.
He wished Muslims a peaceful and joyous celebration, praying for continued peace and prosperity in Oyo State and Nigeria. “Eid-el-Mawlid symbolizes hope, love, and service to humanity. May Allah bless our community and leaders with wisdom, strength, and compassion,” he added.
As a former House of Representatives aspirant, Dr. OTOPE reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people of Egbeda-Ona-Ara Federal Constituency and Oyo State.
