EID-FILTRI: CMD
LAUTECH TEACHING HOSPITAL OSOGBO FELICITATES STAFF

The Acting Chief Medical Director, Professor Peter Olaitan and the Management of LAUTECH Teaching Hospital, Osogbo wish to felicitate with the Muslim Community in the hospital on the successful completion of the 30 days Ramadan Fast.

In a message to mark the end of the holy month, Professor Olaitan noted that this year’s Ramadan was a challenging but important one bearing in mind the stress the world is going through due to COVID-19 Pandemic. However, it was also a right time to seek the face of God for an end to the pandemic. He noted that compliance to the injunction of Allah (SWT) has tested believers’ resilience and faith. He prayed that Almighty Allah accepts the fasting as part of Iba’adah. As the world has prayed and still praying on the deadly virus, it is hoped that sooner than later, God will accede to our prayers of putting an end to the pandemic.
He urged everyone to take personal hygiene as the most important panacea that can keep COVID-19 at bay.

The Chief Medical Director implored true believers and indeed all staff, to continue to demonstrate passion and unalloyed commitments to the corporate goals of the hospital.

As the world go about celebrating Eid-Filtri with sobriety, Professor Olaitan urged Muslims to continue to live in the spirit and the lessons taught during the Ramadan. He wished all staff a peaceful and healthy Eid_Filtri,
Ramadan Kareem

Thank you.
