The ESFAM-Benin University has been opened again after an inspection by the university commission that stopped activities in the institution for a brief period.
Speaking on the reopening of the institution, an alumnus of the University, Dr. Akande Babatunde Kazeem said it’s not unusual for the regulatory bodies to carry out regular checks, however, systems should be put in place to ensure such checks don’t disrupt activities on campus.
Akande commended the efforts of the regulatory bodies in ensuring that institutions meet up with accepted standards. He further appreciated the management for ensuring that the integrity and standard of ESFAM-Benin University was intact as no wrongdoing was found on the part of the University which led to its reopening.
Akande, who is an alumnus of the institution noted that the institution has always operated with high and accepted standards.
He asserted that many alumnus of the institution are doing exceptionally well which is an evidence of the good education provided by the institution.
Akande reassured parents and students of the institution that there is no need to fret and they can trust ESFAM-Benin University to provide their wards with the best education.
He said the alumni body is also involved and will do all possible that the university continue to maintain its standards.
Akande concluded once again by praising and lauding the efforts of the management and urged them to continue to operate at levels above the accepted standards.
