A former Senate Leader and Agba-Akin of Ibadanland, Senator Teslim Folarin, has congratulated Chief (Engineer) Jubril Dotun Sanusi on his installation as the Okanlomo Oodua by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
In a statement, Folarin described the honour conferred on Sanusi as “well-deserved,” noting that it reflected his influence and contributions across Yorubaland.
“My congratulations to my brother, Engr Dotun Sanusi, on your well-deserved installation as the Okanlomo Oodua by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II,” he said.
Folarin added that the title was a testament to Sanusi’s philanthropy and business accomplishments, adding that, “This honour aptly recognises your remarkable philanthropy, outstanding entrepreneurial success, and steadfast contributions to the economic growth and development of Yorubaland.”
He further commended the Ooni of Ife for what he called a “thoughtful and befitting recognition” of Sanusi’s impact within the Yoruba socio-economic space.
