In a laudable display of corporate social responsibility, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji, founder of OTOPE Foundation, a renowned humanitarian non-governmental organization, has embarked on an ambitious educational support project.
Dr. OTOPE, also serving as Director-General of Oyo State Liaison Office for Abuja and Lagos, will distribute 30,000 exercise books across 30 schools in Egbeda-Ona Ara Federal Constituency, commencing October 28th, 2024.
“As we strive to build a better future for our children, education remains the cornerstone of our development. This initiative aims to bridge the resource gap, inspire academic excellence, and empower our educators. I urge stakeholders to join hands in supporting Governor Seyi Makinde’s vision for a transformed education sector,” Dr. Oladimeji emphasized.
This altruistic endeavor aims to augment the educational infrastructure in the constituency, aligning with Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration priorities.
By providing essential learning materials, Dr. OTOPE’s initiative encourages students to excel academically, bridging the resource gap and supports students from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring equal access to quality education.
Dr. OTOPE’s effort complements Governor Makinde’s strategic education initiatives in sustained provision of free education in public primary and secondary schools across Oyo State.
Recently, Dr. OTOPE announced free National Examination Council (NECO GCE) form and tutorial to over 100 Egbeda and Ona Ara Local Government Area residents.
Dr. OTOPE’s educational support project exemplifies the power of collaborative philanthropy in advancing educational excellence.
