Mama Adefope was Nigeria Ambassador to Zambia and Malawi.
Mama is the mother of Governor Seyi Makinde’s aide, Ms Tara Adefope, Director-general, Public Private Procurement Agency (Due Process).
According to Segun, mama’s life and career has over the years been lined with service to her fatherland, and humanity, as a diplomat and philanthropist.
Segun opines that the former Ambassador’s representation of the country at different fora, local and international, reflected her unbridled passion to see Nigeria succeed and grow to be among the most influential countries in the world.
It is my prayer that Almighty God will grant mama Adefope longer life, robust health and more wisdom to serve Nigeria, Oyo State and humanity.
