The Chairman of the Oyo Community and Social Development Agency (OYCSDA), Hon. Abideen Adeaga, has felicitated His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a leader whose vision and commitment have transformed Oyo State.
