Hon. Ayo Olopoenia Pays Tribute to Engr. Sunday Makinde, Condoles Gov Makinde

 

Hon. Ayo Olopoenia, the Chairman of the Agency for Adult and Non-Formal Education (AANFE), has expressed profound sadness following the passing of Engineer Sunday Makinde, elder brother to Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde.

In a moving tribute, Hon. Olopoenia lamented the loss of a visionary leader who played a pivotal role in the advancement of the community.

“The news of Engineer Sunday Makinde’s demise has cast a shadow over our hearts. He was a true champion of development and a guiding light for many in Oyo State,” he remarked.

Highlighting Engineer Sunday Makinde’s unwavering commitment to education and community uplif, Hon. Olopoenia remarked, “His passion for improving the lives of others, has left a lasting impact.

Extending his heartfelt condolences to Governor Seyi Makinde and the Makinde family, Hon. Olopoenia urged the community to come together in solidarity during this difficult time.

“I stand with the Makinde family in their grief. It is crucial that we support one another and honor the memory of a man who devoted his life to public service,” he stated.
