Hon. Olusola Adeleke Assigns Portfolios to Supervisory Councillors, Special Assistants in Ibarapa Central LG

 

In a strategic move to aimed at enhancing good governance at the grassroot and improve service delivery, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, the
Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central has assigned portfolios to the newly appointed Supervisory Councillors and Special Assistants.

The appointments were communicated through official letters while Hon. Olusola Adeleke charged the appointees to diligently fulfill their responsibilities.

In a statement signed and made available to newsmen on Thursday, Hon Olusola Adeleke who is popularly known as Solar  emphasized the crucial roles of the appointees in driving the council’s developmental agenda and improving the quality of life of  residents.

Hon Solar expressed confidence in the abilities of the appointees and urged them to execute their duties with integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility.

“Our community stands at a crucial juncture, these assignments reflect our commitment to effective governance and our determination to address the needs of our people.

“I am confident that these capable individuals will bring their expertise and passion to their respective roles, significantly contributing to the progress of Ibarapa Central.”

The newly appointed Supervisory Councillors and their respective portfolios are as follows:

Hon Oladapo Jamiu Muyiwa – Supervisory Councillors for works and housing.

Hon Buhari Jelili Jide – Supervisory Councillors for Youths and sports.

Hon Olaoniye Lateef – Supervisory Councillors for Health and Education.

Hon Olaniyan Gbeminiyi – Supervisory Councillors for Mineral Resources.

Hon Aleem Sulaimon – Supervisory Councillors for Finance and Budget.

Hon Ogunesan Ridwan – Supervisory Councillors for Environmental.

Hon Adejumo Sarafadeen – Supervisory Councillors for Agriculture.

Hon Salami Basirat – Supervisory Councillors for Women Affairs.

Agboola Dotun – Supervisor for trade , investment and revenue mobilization

Special Assistants were also assigned to key strategic positions to support the chairman’s vision for development.

Mr Ojewale Soliu – Special Assistant on Special Duties

Mr Shittu nurudeen – Special Assistant on Youth

Mrs Ajangbara Funmilayo – Special Assistant on Women Affairs.

Alhaja Mrs Fasilat Ayanniyi – Special Assistant on Revenue Mobilization.

Mr Morakinyo Azeez – Special Assistant on Rural development.

Mrs Adeniyi Adenike – Special Assistant on inter party matters.

Mr Oladapo Yahaya – Special Assistant on Transportation.

Mr Jimoh Taofeek – Special Assistant on Security.

Mrs Adeleke Aminat- Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism.

Mr Isonu Haruna – Special Assistant on Political Matters

Additionally, Hon. Babarinde Rasheed, the Vice Chairman of Ibarapa Central, has been assigned the role of Supervisor for Special Duties.

These appointments reflect Hon Olusola Adeleke’s administrative commitment to leveraging the expertise of his aides in addressing critical areas of community development.

Hon. Adeleke urged the new appointees to foster collaboration and inclusivity within their departments, working closely with community members to ensure that the council’s initiatives reflect the people’s needs and aspirations.
