Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, has commissioned a 24-hour Primary Healthcare Centre in Kute, Ward 5, marking a significant milestone in healthcare delivery for the community.
The healthcare centre, which was once abandoned for decades, has been revitalized by the Sanda Council-led administration. Hon. Oyedele emphasized the centre’s commitment to providing qualitative care to everyone in the community, regardless of social class or status.
The commissioning ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including Elder Wole Oyelese, former minister and co- chairman of the Elders Council, and Hon. Busari Olayemi, executive assistant to the Governor on political affairs.
Elder Oyelese praised Hon. Oyedele’s team for prioritizing the community’s needs and complementing Governor Seyi Makinde’s efforts at the local level. Dr. Olatunji M. Babatunde, commended the council chairman’s achievements, urging other chairmen to emulate his gestures.
This development underscores Hon. Oyedele’s dedication to improving healthcare accessibility in Egbeda Local Government, aligning with Governor Makinde’s vision for Oyo State.
