Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has commended the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Sola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on the flag-off of the reconstruction of Isale-Oba bridge in Igboora.
The lawmaker, in his remarks on Sunday, August 11, 2024, expressed that the repair of the bridge will result in the economic vitality of Ibarapa Central and its environs, commending Hon. Adeleke for the reconstruction of the project, which he said would ease the stress of commuters and community people who ply the bridge.
The Ibarapa-born politician cum technocrat also praised Governor Makinde for his ongoing infrastructural development in Oyo State, saying that his style of leadership is an inspiration to everyone around him.
Lauding the flag-off of the repair of Isale-Oba bridge, Hon. Adepoju said that the PDP is a responsive party, noting that the party has demonstrated, both in words and actions, that the delivery of true dividends of democracy is fundamental to societal growth and a parameter upon which the party operates.
Ibarapakan, however, urged constituents in Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North to support the government at all levels. He said that Nigeria may be going through difficult moments, reiterating that those challenges are surmountable through a collective approach and support from all citizens who call Nigeria home.
