Int’l Men’s Day: Makinde’s Aide Akeem Azeez Extols Leadership Qualities of Makinde, Sultan

The Personal Assistant to Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, Alhaji Akeem Azeez, has hailed the Governor and the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar for their display of exemplary leadership qualities.
Azeez, in a statement in commemoration of this year’s International Men’s Day, said that both the Governor and the Sultan have consistently demonstrated qualities that all leaders, especially in Nigeria, should emulate.
He noted that the duo’s ability to put the people first and to ensure that their interest are protected is a testament to their dedication to public service. His words:

“Let me use today to celebrate these two Men, His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde and Sultan of Sokoto and President-General Supreme Coucil of Islamic Affairs, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar cfr who are working hard to promote Tolerance, Unity and Progress of Nigeria as a united Nation.
“The efforts of the two to stop ethno-religious conflict are commendable.
“Aside the two Men looking after their health and wellness which the day symbolises. These Men’s selflessness goes beyond their individual needs.
“They devote their time and resources for the Good of others.
“Meanwhile, something significant happened on the day of The Grand Inauguration of Organization of Tadamul Muslimeen Mosque which GSM Rebuilt.
“The Nigeria Muslim Leader aka Amir Musulumi, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar CFR, Named Governor Seyi Makinde after himself at the event. Nigeria Muslim Leader named A Christian Southerner after him is something to be celebrated and commended.
