The Executive Chairman of Itesiwaju local government, Hon Ojo Monsuru Olayemi on Tuesday inaugurated the legislative arm of the council.
The House elected Mutairu Saliu as House leader while Hon Omofoye Johnson Itanola was elected as deputy leader.
Hon Adebayo Musa Olawale was elected as Majority Leader, Hon Adediran Adeseun Samuel emerged as Chief Whip and Hon Adeyemo Khadijat Nike was elected as Deputy Chief Whip.
In the meantime, the Executive Chairman of the Council has also appointed Wale Ogunlade as Chief of Staff.
The Legislative Council pledged to work collaboratively and tirelessly with the Executive arm to drive forward the progress and prosperity of Itesiwaju local government.
