JUST IN: Makinde leads Damagum, Adeleke, Adebutu, others to commission PDP S-west secretariat named after late Soji Adagunodo in Ibadan

 

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, alongside the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Iliya Damagum, and other party leaders, are in Ibadan, to commission the newly built ultra-modern PDP secretariat in the state.

The facility has been named in honour of the late Soji Adagunodo, a former Chairman, PDP Southwest and prominent figure in the party.

Currently, the ceremony is being attended by key political figures, including the state’s deputy governor, Adebayo Lawal; Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, Ogun State PDP governorship candidate, Chief Ladi Adebutu, and several other party officials, including Zonal Organizing Secretary, Hon Benson Aruwa and Zonal Women Leader Chief Mrs Bosede Adedibu.

Notable senators and local representatives, including Senator Monsurat Sunmonu and Senator Gbenga Babalola, Hon Alhaji Dhikirullahi Adedeji Olajide Odidiomo, Hon Dare Adeleke, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, were also present to commemorate the occasion, highlighting the unity and strength of the PDP in the southwest region.
