The atmosphere at Idere community was electrified amidst funfair as people of Onigbio, Oke oba and Molete, in Idere massively recieved the campaign train of Peoples Democratic Party Candidate for Ibarapa Central Local Government in the forthcoming Local Government election, Hon Sola Adeleke on Sunday, 14th April 2024.
Inhabitants of Onigbio, Oke oba and Molete could not hide their feelings for Hon Sola Adeleke as they trooped out massively with the melodious song of Amb. Sangorinde Taiwo.
The Director General of the campaign team, Mr Yemi Atilola steered the program as he commended the people of Molete/ Onigbio/Oke oba Idere for the utmost support extended to the Peoples Democratic Party. He urged them to go out massively and vote for all the PDP Candidates in the coming local government election.
He further welcomed all APC members who defected to the party.
In the same vein, the Peoples Democratic Party Chairman in Ibarapa Central Local Government, Mr Gbade Akinlolu, in his remarks appreciate the good gesture accorded to the campaign team.
He maintained that both APC, Accord and NNPP has nothing to offer, taking cognisance of the hardship Nigerians currently experience under the ruling APC government at federal level compared to what Eng. Seyi Makinde is doing in Oyo State. He urged them to vote Peoples Democratic Party and ensure they deliver massive vote for the party.
A leader from ward 1, Elder Saubana, in his response commend the party for putting forward the ideal candidate when it mattered most, on behalf of the people, he promise a robust turnout to vote all candidates of Peoples Democratic Party and ensure ward 1 deliver successful.
In same vein Hon Tokunbo Toriola in his statement appreciate the PDP for right selection of candidates from Onigbio and Oke oba; he assured party of a successful outing in Ward 2 in the forthcoming election. He encouraged the good people to vote all candidates of the PDP come April 27, 2024.
A party leader, Hon Sola Fakorede in his Goodwill message welcome all APC member who defected to Peoples Democratic Party, he commended the good work of Prince Segun Olaoye, Elder Bayo Ojedokun, Tunde Okanlawon, Asiwaju Sakiru, Mutiu Ogogo, Musbau Adedigba for leading other APC and Accord members to the PDP at the right time when they needed a good leader to take Ibarapa Central to the next level. He assured them of good governance under Hon Sola Adeleke.
Speaking on behalf of the decampee , Mr. Tunde Okanlawon appreciate the people of Onigbio/Oke oba for the love and honour accord to them, he lamented the poor treatment from APC party as he assured PDP that they are ready to work for party.
Addressing the crowd, the PDP flagbearer and his running mate Hon. Sola Adeleke and Hon Babarinde Rasheed respectifly, analysed their missions for taking Ibarapa Central forward once they are elected as the next local government executive, analysed as:
1) Assurance of Quality education system.
2) Empowerment of security agency.
3) Provision of drugs across our public health centre.
4) Cash support , subsidize inputs for farming.
5) Infrastructure facilities
He assured of good governance during his time as local government chairman as he solicited for more votes and utmost support for the Election.
In aseparate address one of the counselorship candidate, Hon Prince Adedeji Ramon appreciate all Party faithfuls for the utmost support, and leadership repose on him while his counterpart, Hon Sunday Olasunkanmi thanked the people for the good gesture accorded to welcome the flagbearer. They both assured of good leadership tenure when elected as Councilors.

Rufai Lateef, Elder Orisabukola, all party ward chairmen and party faithfuls.
